Most fans really hate to see the football season come to an end. No more Packers to watch. But for me I will always have Packers games to watch. I have close to 100 Packers games on dvd, dating back to 1977 up to most recent years. My favorite is watching the classic battle against the hated Bears, and the days of Walter Payton. The glory years with Brett Favre and Reggie White, and Sterling Sharpe. Going to back to back Super Bowls. Then the 2007 season came to an end, and Brett was gone, and a new era in Packers football began with #12, Aaron Rodgers taking over. And taking this team to the Super Bowl and winning it as well. I will always enjoy watching the Packers games from the past and present, no matter if they win or lose.

My wife laughs about me watching old games. I notice something new everytime.

Now that's very strange, I went through that thought when I began recording games back in the late 80's on vhs tapes. My wife said why do you keep these games, you know who won. Yes but over time, you look back and see the players of that era, and the way the game has changed over the past decades. And for me is history as well. And if your wife questions why you watch older games, reply with a question does she watch any specific movies over and over again? Why watcha movie you seen 100 times, it still ends the same way every time.
