#Packers made TE Kennard Backman active with Quarless on IR. Rodgers, Perillo and Backman are the three active TEs. Tretter could be a 4th.

Great that Shields is back. Hope there's not too much rust. IMO Sam has always had bad season openers (featuring his patented looking into the backfield too long move) and its always taken him awhile to get going.

But he's really needed against this team given it's skill position speed.

Great to hear about Bak , Shields, and Rollins.  Shields has all that post season experience he can bring to the table.

It's kind of interesting you'd promote Robertson Daniel and then make him inactive 2 days later along with Gunter. Must have meant that Shields and Rollins were both game day decisions.

You have to love the 14 play 5 minute drive when you're down 14 with under 6 minutes left. 

Unbelievable. Just a really stupid play call to pass in that situation and they get a pop up that Edelman catches.

Packers are huge underdogs playing with house money. The Cardinals are good - really good. But the elements for an upset are there: great QB, veteran core with playoff experience, stout defense, improving health, and a coaching staff that knows how to handle these games. We also have confidence and momentum from that Washington game. On the other side, the Cards have had some key injuries on the defense, and neither Palmer nor Arians (as a head coach) have won a playoff. Their last game was a big loss to Seattle. The pressure is on.
