This discussion has to come down to three names: Ted Thompson, Thomas Dimitroff(Falcons) and Scott Pioli (Chiefs). IMO, Thompson deserves it because of what the Packers have accomplished despite the unbelievable amount of injuries. It is a miracle that they are still Super Bowl contenders even though they have so many on the IR.

So is Thompson going to take home the hardware, or do you see Dimitroff or Pioli winning it?

With the injuries, I don't see how TT doesn't win it.

If he was any good he would have drafted guys who aren't wussies that get injured.

He needs to be able to catch those guys when they fall into his lap.

He won it in 2007. If he wins it this year, he's almost reached Polian territory.

Need a championship. Don't forget Polian was the GM of those Buffalo Bills teams that lost 4 straight Super Bowls.

OK, if TT wins the award how is he almost in Polian territory?

• 4 Bowls with the Bills
• Expansion GM of Carolina who went to the NFC title game in their second season
• Two Super Bowls with the Colts
• 6 time NFL executive of the year

With no disrespect to TT, he isn't sniffing Polian territory yet, even if he wins the award.
different times. If TT was a GM when the Bills were going to the SB, he'd have 10 SBs by now and be better than Ron Wolf ever was. (sarcasm off) Smiler

Red means run, son, numbers add up to nothing.
