I was wondering if anyone has tried NFL Game pass.

They are pretty cryptic on what it costs, but with the way work travel has been, I am considering it.  I also worry about the blackout rules, but the twin cities should be far enough away from GB that they only happen when we're on TV.  Of course there are anonymizer sites you can use to spoof your location to get by that.....

Has anyone used it?   Does anyone have any comments/concerns/feedback?

Thanks and let me know!

It's $99 for the year, and yes as you found out only preseason is live.  The regular season games are available after the live game is over.  Also, the NFL has gotten rid of black out rules for this season.

The NFL used to have Preseason Live which was $15 for the 4 preseason games only (live).  I got that every year.  Now that they've rolled that into Game Pass I said no way.  Not paying $100 just for preseason (basically).

Thanks vitaflo.

I loved the 20 bucks for preseason, it sure worked our great for anyone outside of Wisconsin.  They must have figured that out.... though you'd think 5 bucks a game x (everyone willing to pay that to see preseason games) wasn't enough for the golden goose.

Yeah, 99 bucks for preseason is BS, and I don't give a crap about watching games after they have happened.

I guess international streaming is still the way to go when I can't get a game wherever I may roam.

I used to use Game Pass for a couple years (2012 and 2013 seasons). You need to do a bit of trickery to get live game action in the United States. My experience with it was just barely acceptable. The picture was usually decent, although not full HD quality, regardless of what they claim (I have an extremely fast internet connection, so that wasn't the issue). Usually had at least one instance per game where the feed froze up and needed to be restarted. Also really despise the fact that their web app uses Flash, However, with that said, I'll probably use it again this year if I can't get DirecTV to give me a deal on Sunday Ticket (really difficult to get them to budge when you're under contract). No need to make a move now since I get the first 5 Packers games on local TV and ESPN.
