I've come to learn over the years there is no truth.

Today's "journalists" (another lie) are told what to say and when, just as they are told what is off-limits in their reporting.

I think that's always existed to varying degrees; nobody wanted to piss off and risk losing a sponsor. Of course, media exposure today is much different than it was 50-60 years ago, and seems to grow exponentially every year. The cancel culture it created now rules media networks.

The networks take advantage of this by manipulating what they report, and stir the masses to achieve desired results.
"Social media" enables anyone to do the same, and, unfortunately, most do.

Somewhere along the way, creating/defending reactions replaced truth in reporting, and the truth no longer matters.
