Pay attention, MLF

@BuckyBrooks: We’ve seen the @titans and @49ers hit the @RamsNFL in the mouth and they haven’t responded. If you keep putting soft football on tape, you’re gonna get a heavy dose of power football from now until it changes.. Big Boy Football wins in the playoffs..

That’s exactly what we did to the Rams last year.

Ribbing aside, the Rams have had a pretty creampuff schedule and it looks that way going forward with only three likely playoff teams.  So, I think they’re good enough to get to the playoffs, but if they play a physical team, they’re probably done.  I think we match up well against them, looking forward to that matchup in a couple weeks.

Except for the Bandwagon franchise and Dallas this was almost a perfect football weekend.

Everybody in the NFC, excepting DallAss, now has 2 or more conference losses.
Any possible advantage may not mean much now, but might mean a lot in 7 weeks.

Having Donald injured and "not himself" in that game was huge. We kept motioning one back out as a receiver, which brought one of the ILBers "out of the box", which left 5 blockers vs. 5 defenders. Without having to double team Donald we ran it down their throats. Now could we have the same success vs. a healthy Donald, idk, I was very surprised that the Rams DC didn't counter by either bringing a safety out to cover Jones, or bringing one down in the box to help with the run.

well they better get it fixed up - everyone is watching their approach/experiment to not giving a shit about drafting...to see if it will work - the smart bets are on no.  that's a quick way to lose your job...

Wow, I checked out at 21-10. Couldn't hang after getting to bed at 1am after the Seattle game. Looks like the Seattle game plan should work pretty well vs the Rams in two weeks.

OBJ had 1 tackle and 2 receptions.

I would think so too, although I remain interested to see what happens.  Problem is, if you ignore the draft too much, you're not stocking young talent to develop.  If most of what you're doing is hiring free agents, your team's going to get old and expensive.

That's why everyone is watching how far LAR go and why they're loading up like fat camp kids at thanksgiving break.  They know the train is coming down the tracks and they're betting the bakery they can finish the cake before the adults turn the lights on.
