I thought the "collar" was the top of the jersey/shoulder pad area. To me, it looked like he grabbed the back of the jersey near the shoulder blade area.

No, to me that was not a horse collar, I thought it had to be the name plate and above. I am watching the RZ, saw the play but missed the call.
