Shields and Tramon on the corners, with Woody doing whatever he wants back there with Collins. CMIII - holy crap. If that defense gets any sort of decent health coming back, watch out. AR on fire. James Jones thinks James Jones played well despite the obligatory dropped pass. Jackson looking more like EB every game.

-
Boris' bandwidth bill this month. Three big wins in a row and a bye... crickets.
Not a - in the bunch.

Green Bay played it's most complete game of the season. A complete ass whipping on every level.

Game balls to CMIII, Woodie, Aaron, James Jones with a big game (though he missed what would have been ARod's 4th TD pass). But that's nitpicking.

A thoroughly satisfying game. Smiler

Now I get to watch the Cowboy post game show.
I'm really starting to enjoy watching Bulaga knocking guys two yards backwards just with his initial punch as well, and then finishing them off about 4 more yards down field.
+ MM has turned the penalty problem around. I still dont like his play calling but the team has responded to his points of emphasis. Damn good coaching.

+ A Rodg looked good. Dallas played more man than we have seen all year. A Rodg burned them with his feet and some accurate passing.

+ Everything else.
Too many positives to list. About as good of a game as you can play.

Negatives (very knitpicky on these):
-Collins helmet-to-helmet on Williams. Classic "hit, don't wrap" up tackle that the NFL is trying to eliminate. Collins needs to know that and if he keeps this up, a suspension could be in the works.
-Jones fumble and drop. Come on James, enough with the mental errors!! He did have a great game otherwise.
-Run blocking. They're getting better in the short yardage game but still not seeing many holes otherwise. The two plays where B-Jax and Kuhn actually had holes turned into huge plays.

The University of Oregon could beat Dallas right now. They have no soul, they don't care, and they have been mailing this season in the last few weeks. No fans deserve the kind of crap that they are putting out this season. On paper they look great. But that is a mess.

It will be nice to put a big thumpin on Chicago next week. This game is definitely not a signature win. Last week versus the Jets was though!

I sure as hell didnt.

This team is riding the defense in a big way. Considering how many players they are down, it is amazing that they are doing what they are. Truly amazing. You have to give Dom Capers a ton of credit. If we could make him head coach, I would in a second.

It's foolish to minimize this win. When you beat ANY team by 38 without 9 players who started the season, it's a heck of an achievement.
+ Domination is enjoyable to watch
+ I wasn't pacing or yelling at the TV and my dog didn't run out of the room with her tail between her legs like the Jets and Viking games.

- Running game was better but still needs to improve
- Jerry Jones did not appear on the sidelines so that the fans could heckle him
- No shutout

You Damn right those Oregon Ducks would lay an ass whoopin... And do I feel sorry for Cowboy fans?? LOL Hell NO!

Rodgers was excellent.
Bulaga held up well after his first shaky game last week.
Jones and Nelson stepped up when it was really needed.
Nice to see Collinsworth give some props to Sitton. He deserves it.
Matthews is an incredible all-around player. His stick on that 3rd and 1 play was awesome.
Shields is a bonafide corner. Not bad for an undrafted rookie who was a receiver two years ago.
Bishop keeps making big plays.
Bush is actually quite likable when he's not being forced to play defense.
Peprah was solid again.
The list goes on and on.

-

A few too many carries for Kuhn. Unless he's given a hole big enough to drive a truck through, he's pretty much just going to run into the pile for 3 yards.
Pickett hurting his ankle. Probably shouldn't have played him this week.
+ MM discovered the run could actually slow down the pass rush and give his offense a "breather" to make the pass more effective.
+ The way Woodson was singing CMIII's praises at the end of the game, and vice versa. That only happens on good teams who don't care about "turf" but care about the team's performance.
+ Bush on STs; caused the "fumble" that we'll take for the seven
+ Everything else

- STs on the returns, but also a +/- for the heads-play letting the guy go out of bounds on his own.

Lambeau Field: Crowd was awesome - Vet Flags were great!

Good to see Atari playing. Didn't matter much but still nice to see him out there.

Nance: See Atari. Experience is experience.

Jarrett Bush is playing better and better each week. Never thought I'd see that. This kid is shedding the whipping boy status more and more.

AJ Hawk is under rated and continues to make plays few see out there.

We're in sole position of 1st place.

Queens play Bores next week. One of them loses. That will be goodSmiler

When you ass beat the cryboys 45-7, not a damn thing.
Jackson showed more wiggle and burst today than I've ever seen out of him.

James Jones shows shades of Sterling Sharpe in both his making the tough grab and powering through tackles AND his momentary lapses of focus=drops.

I was peaking in on Family Guy and missed Shields's 49yd return. Anybody gotta link on the replay?

I'm not taking anything away from a good performance by JJ but the "powering through tackles" was a lot more of Dallas simply not giving a damn vs JJ busting tackles IMO.

I haven't seen a piss poor effort like that in a long time.

It was like watching 45 Favre's playing in 15 degree weather.

I'm not going to say I toldja all so but I will say you should start respecting my opinion more. Or just assume that I'm always right would be fine too. blush

Yeah, I know that play. I was thinking of the earlier reception when he made the catch over the middle, bounced off the first tackler and then lost the ball when the second guy hit him. Both my comments on the same play.
9 tackles for a loss
8 rushing first downs
8 receptions for 123 yds and 1 TD for James Jones replacing Driver
Raji , Jenkins , Pickett ,Wilsom and Green best d-line since 96
Clay Matthews
Rest of LB's except Chillar and I hope his play gets better as he has been a disappointment.
Woodson
Williams , Sheilds , Collins ,Peprah
Basically a fine defensive performance
Clifton and Bulaga

First complete game
Rodgers best game this year
6-3 with 3 straight wins going into the bye

- Harris going to be cut , with all the injuries this year it would be a nice security blanket for experienced depth in the D backfield.
