agreed. one comment, maybe another but not so many. to be honest, i had no idea what he was talking about until i did some research. he has nothing to be defensive about.

The guy called him an "arrogant jerk" for poking fun at Sanchez dressed up like a girl for GQ, then mocked him while saying the Saints would win because they did some sit-ups together at uncoached OTA's.

I'd say he had some reasons to be defensive, and yet he was not: he rises above it and makes a joke of it, poking some fun at a true blowhard/dimwit who deserved a lot more.

Will this ARrogance ever end?

First he asks fans to get on board or shut up.

Then he blows off and crane kicks cancer lady...

But now, he dares mock Skippy and Werder?

Why, he's the world's greatest monster!
really...I like it...

after winning the Super Bowl....there's still doubters....so, what does AR do...he creates a "chip" for himself and the team...

you are going to hear these "snarks" all season long.....why? as a motivator for the team.

AR knows what he is doing....he's saying to his team that we still dont' get any respect because we didn't do all of these off-season workouts...let's prove everyone wrong.

I think this will keep everyone focused that they still have something to prove.
Mike Freeman gets it

Now, I thought that was funny, and we in the media deserved it. Rodgers had proved many of us wrong. In a big way. In a really big way. The Packers were right all along.

But some in the media weren't happy. They portrayed Rodgers as whiny and arrogant. Some of us need to lighten the hell up.

In the locker room after his press conference, Rodgers was still making cracks and I still thought it was funny.

He isn't a ring-less Terrell Owens mouthing off.
PR Rep? Why? Rodgers is a QB, not a politician. His ability to do his job has nothing to do with the public liking him. As long as he represents the Packers in a positive way (which he does), I'm ecstatic. I love that AR isn't Manning or Brady, two guys that act like ass-kissing robots in front of the media. The majority of the media (at least the outspoken ones) need a kick in the ass. Guys like Bayless slam athletes all the time when they screw up, why can't an athlete dish it back?
