Brett Favre is back in the spotlight, this time with a new venture.

The Hall of Fame quarterback took to social media to announce the launch of his new show, 4th and Favre, where he’ll break down NFL quarterback play and cover major headlines from around the league.

Favre, known for his legendary career with the Green Bay Packers, is no stranger to the big moments. With three NFL MVP awards and a Super Bowl XXXI victory to his name, he’s one of the most decorated quarterbacks in NFL history. His ironman streak of 297 consecutive starts and 508 career touchdowns cemented his legacy as one of the toughest and most prolific players to ever grace the Frozen Tundra.

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be doing a new show @4thnFavre where I’ll be breaking down NFL QB play and other big news starting next week. I’ll be taking one question from fans each week. Follow on X, IG, & YouTube account here - https://youtube.com/@4thandfavre

I think if he sticks to talking about football, it would be something worth listening too. I'd listen to a show like Jaworski used to do on ESPN that really dug into schemes and reading defenses. The fear is that won't drive much engagement and so to drive a bigger audience he'll get into other stuff that he doesn't have expertise in.

I wonder if Favre will put clips from this on his show.   Riveting TV.

Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre will testify during a congressional hearing about the need for welfare reform Tuesday, the communications director for the House Ways and Means committee confirmed to ESPN on Wednesday.

The committee's website lists the hearing as "Reforming Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF): States' Misuse of Welfare Funds Leaves Poor Families Behind."

TANF funds are at the heart of the sprawling Mississippi welfare case in which Favre has been embroiled since 2022. At least $77 million in TANF funds, earmarked for poor families, were diverted to the rich and powerful people, according to a Mississippi state audit.
