π³ π³ π³ and not a word about being a back up on the Packers squad as far as I can see. But I have always liked Kurt.

Wasn't Jesus an underdog too?
I may have to start watching the Hallmark Network
Is Kevin Bacon going to be in it?
I bagged groceries as a kid, will there be a movie about me?

I heard Kirk Cameron is tabbed to play Kurt Warner and Scott Biao as his wife.
They have a scene where Mooch cuts him and he walks out of Lambeau with the big G in the background.

As soon as you throw a TD pass to Marshall Faulk
While we really donβt know these guys and how they really are off the field, I get the feeling Warner is genuinely a good guy. I know sometimes Bible thumpers can be as phony as they come, but I think this is a guy who truly believes in being kind to others and treating people well. He is an easy guy to like from afar.
and I really like him on the Sunday NFL network as a talking head.

Agreed. A real Christian. I don't believe he's ever peddled the heresy of Dominionist who have zero interest in the teachings of Jesus and the good work of the proclaimed saints like Francis, etc.

As someone with a friend who's had dealings with him, this perception seems valid. A very humble guy all things considered.

There is a show coming out on Netflix about Dwayne Johnson's life called "The Young Rock" - and he did not bag groceries - as far as I know. So there is some hope "they" will make a movie about my life - small as it is.

A pastor I know named Jeff Perry told the story how Rams QB Kurt Warner and his wife visited his church in Saint Louis asking if they could accommodate a special needs child in their Sunday school. Jeff said yes they could, so they began attending Family Church. Jeff didn't know who Kurt was and he didn't use his star status to get special treatment. Kurt seems like a genuine good guy.
From WIKI:
In February 2010, Warner received the annual Bart Starr Award, given for outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field and in the community.[102] At the award presentation, Bart Starr said of Warner: "We have never given this award to anyone who is more deserving"
Anyone else see this movie? I went to see it tonight. Was pretty good. More focused on the off the field story from UNI to StL Rams and a little heavy on the Lord Almighty but I knew that going into it.
Overall worth the 2 hours and $5. I wonder if his two days in GB went the way they depicted it in the movie. Mooch gave up on him immediately.
And he wasn't much of a grocery bagger either.
If she lost the smile, she looks like a βMad Maxβ character.
And you guys wonder why youβre going to Hell.
No, I don't think we are wondering.
It's funny how over time couples start looking more and more like each other.

I tell my wife every day. Do not bury me in a sweater its really hot where I am going.
I don't see much of a difference.
Having a wife that looks like that would be Hell on Earth.
Many years ago, Mrs. Timmy used to go to her Mom's hairdresser. Every time, she would come back with a '80's-era dyke mullet. I finally pitched a big enough fit that she (wisely) found a new one.

Husband? Dyke? Haircut?
Yeah, you have to be careful about commenting on a woman's hair. We all know what happened to the little person who told a woman her hair smells nice.
I hit the doghouse if I fail to notice Mrs.Kielβs hair after an appointment.
