Bengals the only team Rodgers has not yet beaten (0-2).

Man from what we saw the other night, we lose to them we are in trouble.

Wilde yesterday: "the Bengals are the only NFL team, other than the Packers, that you've never beaten"... Rodgers replied, "I've beaten the Packers a few times... I've had a couple bad games".

Expectation out of GB is that Nick will miss two games. Finger surgery. I expect the club is making a return.

Maybe he should play with the thing all the damn time.  Might as well save the time and prevent the inevitable injury anyway.

Or play with fireworks and eliminate the problem altogether.

I think it's safe to assume Bak isn't going on Sunday. He might even be challenged to go on a short week next Thursday against Chicago.

So.... do you move Bulaga to LT for a couple starts and put Murphy back at RT? MM seriously considered putting BB at LT in 15 when Bak went down. He settled on Barclay at LT. We all know how that turned out. Never a good idea to weaken two spots on the line. And Murphy wasn't a turnstile at LT in a noisy roadie in Atlanta.

Mini bye week after Chicago next Thursday can't come soon enough. Packers have to figure out a way to grease out two wins in 5 days by any means necessary. They are seriously banged up right now.

EDIT: Strike the Bulaga /LT question. Bulaga went from full participant in practice yesterday to limited today. As MM would say, "I don't have a lot of info on that. Brian had a setback"

Yes, Perry's injury seemed to come out of nowhere. He was not in locker room after practice for questions. To not practice at all (even running), with a hand injury seems strange.

I'm guessing it was bothering him against Atlanta.  He looked to me like he was stopping short on some plays in that game.

Whatever: Get him better and get him back.

I think Spriggs is going to have a redshirt year in 2017. He didn't look ready to play a big role during training camp anyway. He has the physical tools. Maybe this will allow him to focus on improving his technique.

If you had to pick two teams to have guys miss games against, it would probably be against the Bengals (especially since it's an AFC game) and the Bears with their current QB situation. If they can get through these 3-4 games missed type injuries, in a weird way it might make guys a little bit less dinged up come January.

Huge mistake to overlook Cincy. They're coming to GB on 10 days of rest. And motivated. With a new OC. Packers might be missing 6-7 starters. This is shaping up as one of those hit n miss ugly slugfests that everyone is going to be concerned about afterwards because GB didn't take a crappy team to the woodshed. Whatever.

Im very glad the next two games are at home. Green Bay just needs to scrape by these two games and get to the mini bye 3-1. First things first though. Gotta give Cincy 100% of their attention.

Really surprised at how poorly Spriggs has looked. Might be a good idea to shut him down for a fresh start next year.

Most seem to believe the change with Bulaga was just precautionary due to being in pads and not related to a setback. Murphy held up pretty well at LT and no need to make a change if Bakh can't go, which appears increasingly likely.

It's to the point I don't even want to watch anymore. It's like watching a movie about the Titanic - I think we all know what happens in the end.

Man, I feel the same way!  What's the point?  It's always like "playoffs, playoffs, playoffs!"

You can't be successful without a couple of decades of ****ty football mixed in there.  You can look it up.
