With as many negative yardage runs as he has had, if he got those 40 carries he would have 20 yards rushing...total.

Yeah, but I don't think the NFL would be too comfortable putting a team in what is still essentially a third world country. There are more than enough rich people in Mexico City who can afford to go to the games, obviously, but Mexico is still a really sketchy place.
