2 weeks in a row the vaunted Lion defense has allowed 30+ points. Amazing what happens when you have to play a real offense.
DET offense is still dangerous, but the defense has some challenges with the mounting injuries.

Hutchinson going down was huge. He was on pace for over 25 sacks and was a candidate for DPOY. It's not quite like the 1996 Packers losing Reggie White, but it's close.

For all the love Aaron Glenn has gotten for keeping the Lions Defense afloat through their injuries, he gets an "F" today for sticking with man coverage even though they've lost their best corner, haven't gotten pressure, and is playing a running QB.
I think all the defensive injuries have finally caught up with them, because Detroit cannot rush the passer at all.
