Not a bad list. While Jones wasn't a world beater, he was pretty solid considering he was 3rd string and is getting near the minimum. He was better tan Hawk for an 1/8 the price. I really want TT to bring him back, cut Hawk and draft in ILB in the first 3 round this year. An ILB corp of Bishop, Jones, Smith and a high draft pick would make me feel better about the position compared to last year.

I'm unsure on Pickett. On one hand, he's the best run defending DL we have. Problem is, our run defense sucked, so how good could he really be? He also offers little pass rush, which kills his value in PFF's eyes. At the end of the day, I don't think Pickett is worth $5.8m, but $1.6m seems low too.

Finley is a tough case too. I think his first 8 games dragged down his value, but his last 8 games are about where you would expect a top 5 TE to perform. I know fans are split on this but I say keep him for 2013. The Packers just don't have anyone to fill his shoes on the roster. You let Jennings go, you have Nelson, Cobb and Jones to fill in, ie: you don't lose much on the field unless significant injuries strike again. But replacing Finley with Crabtree, Williams or Quarless is a huge downgrade, especially if Finley performs in 2013 like he did in the second half of 2012.

And Tramon is going to have some real pressure on him this year to perform. With Hayward, House and Shields all showing that they belong on the field, Williams needs to get back to where he was in 2010 or it may be his last year in Green Bay.

I'd be ok with a 4 yr, $25m deal with $16m guaranteed those first 2 years. I'm probably in the minority, but I think the Finley we saw at the end of last season is the one we'll see going forward. After that knee injury, we just wasn't the same player. While AP comes roaring back after an injury, some players take time to recover and regain the confidence. But I liked what I saw at the end of last season. Maybe not as explosive as 2009, but still a match up problem that was productive.
