Forgot to post this earlier in the week, but did anyone else catch what Rodney Harrison said on the Sunday "football night in america" pregame show? After showing the Packers / NE highlights, Harrison said "the Packers have a physical defense". A simple statement, but just the opposite of what we have been described as in recent years. And love that Daniels is showing the leadership and energy on the DL that we've missed since Jenkins left.
I saw one of the DL (Neal, I think) use that "club" technique in the Patriots game that Reggie was so good at, and just destroyed his man. That was as physical as I've seen a DL in recent memory.
If we're talking about the same play (it was on the inside against the right side of New Englands line) it was Datone Jones who used it, and yes, he destroyed his man, and yes, it was spectactular! He's still wearing a shoulder harness, but the defense could become special if he continues progressing.
Both Daniels/House gushing in praise of Sam Barrington at ILB. Sounds like he'll be playing. Daniels... "He was laying some wood last week."

You're likely right, Kon. I thought I remembered it being against their C or one of the G, but it was unmistakeable on replay. I don't have DVR, and I couldn't/can't provide enough description to ask anyone to look for it, but it was awesome to see!
Datone is having a very good year. He and Daniels have put some real physical nasty play on the DL.
