and is anyone else NOT HAPPY with the Christmas Day game???  At least it isn’t on Thanksgiving.   Hate thanksgiving games.  can’t eat because I am so nervous.  If they lose, can’t eat because they lost, am upset.  Can’t eat if they win, to excited.  HATE THANKSGIVING DAY PACKER FOOTBALL.

No offense Goldie but I recommend therapy.

I'm glad to see we get the Vikes at home late in the year. Wish they had the home/away vs the Loins reversed, though.

Not sure if the late bye is a good/bad thing. 3/4ths of the season will have been played before it comes, but it could give a nice break for the late-season run of games. If the team can just stay healthy enough until then...

Looks like an even schedule, challenges but no 3 weeks on road or back to back to back division games. Yeah Christmas game sucks but lots of Prime time for Aaron.

So does 3rd preseason game still function as dress rehearsal for starters (minus 12 natch)?

I hate it because I have to sneak away to watch it on my phone because football is forbidden in my Mother in Law's house on major holidays.  So we all sneak away and also get stupid drunk.

For those of us under the influence of the Twin Cities' media/cable exclusivity rules, there are five scheduling conflicts for Packers fans, in which we will not be able to watch the Packers' games, as the vikings play their games at the same time. Unless some sort of changes are made, or each of us gets a satellite dish, or plans on going to a bar, the Packer games will be blacked out, in favor of the vikings, in our area. The games in question are Week 5: Packers @Bengals and the Lions @ vikings at Noon on Fox; Week 6; Packers @ Bears and vikings@ Carolina at Noon on Fox; Week 10: vikings at Chargers at 3:05PM on Fox and Seahags @ Packers at 3:25 on CBS; Week 12: Rams @ Packers and vikings @ SF at 3:25 on Fox, and lastly, Week 18: Packers @ Lions and Bears @ vikings at Noon on Fox. I live in western Wisconsin and will have to miss watching almost 1/3 of the Packers' televised games, just because of the vikings playing at the same time as the Packers. Streaming is not always an option, here, either. Hoping for a change of schedule, for some of these games, may be our only alternative to watching them.

Oh trust me its in my head but never spoken.  I get the "look" from my wife when she knows I want to say something.  I know when to shut up and why I need to shut up especially if I am secretly stupid drunk.  I have to be drunk because half the family are FIBS and Bores fans and having to listen to them.
