In a survey of more than 1700 NFLPA members the Packers were the 3rd best team only behind the Dolphins and Vikings.  2 time Super Bowl Champion Chiefs ranked 31st only ahead of the Commanders.  Surprised the Chiefs ranked that low, yet Andy Reid was rated the best head coach.

From the article:   Tretter said the Dolphins and Vikings were in "a class of their own," well ahead of the third-ranked Green Bay Packers. He also said the group from No. 3 to No. 7 -- the Packers, Philadelphia Eagles, Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers and Houston Texans -- were very tightly bunched in terms of overall grades.

I read that MLF's rating, (a solid B+)  was in part because some players said he didn't listen well enough to their concerns or act on their concerns.
MLF has a players' council with reps from each position group - so he does listen to his players on some level.
But he might not always do what they want, when they want it.

My speculation is that some players wanted Joe Barry gone right away and MLF waited until the season was over. The other one that may have come up is with Strength coach Gizzi, who is now gone. Again, pure speculation.
