Exactly. I didn't want to be the guy that questions the play call, but since you brought it up... 

 

I remember Sherman going empty shotgun on 3rd and 2 on multiple occasions. This certainly wasn't that bad, at least.

MM's stubborn.  He continue to go shotgun and at least 3 sides on 3rd and short.  Been doing it his whole career.  Drives me nuts.

I unfortunately had this in the prediction thread.  Still shaking off the stink from last week. That BUF defense really shook these guys and they still look unfocused and lethargic.  Gotta shake it off and crank it up for next weekend or they're kind of cooked.
