Of course they make a mad rally and win the game.  Couldnā€™t have done that when it mattered against the Cardinals when they were still technically in playoff contention.

I get it you play to win but dammit it means nothing.  Except 3-4 slots in the draft.

Beat Detroit next week and they probably end up picking in the 12-16 range.  Oh goody.

When they beat the hapless Lions next week, the Packers will almost certainly be picking 16th in the 2019 draft.

16th and 32nd!!!

25 TDs 2 Int 4416 Yds 97.78 QBR. AR's numbers through 15 games. The Packers are 6-8-1. 5 of those losses were by a touchdown or less. The tie likely is a W if not for the BS call.

This has been a bad season, but with the right coaching moves, some development of young players, and a few key additions, they should contend.

Good post EKB. EDIT: Oops, I mean Hungry5.

Except I thought with the time remaining in the game, the Vikings game was definitely a W and not likely a W, but for the ref ****ing the game up like that.  Really hard to not be bitter about that still. It  just shouldnā€™t happen, ever, and the NFL still owes us an apology on that. Or some money or something.

The other game that is going to stick is the end of the Rams game. That to me was the dagger. Monty takes the knee, you just knew AR was going to get them in field goal range for the W. And yes, Crosby would have made it. It was destiny. Montgomery screwed destiny on that, a true Kharmic screw job.

Packers win that game against what everyone thought was the best team in football at the time, and this season would have gone a lot differently.

Water under the bridge and all that, delaying the inevitable in getting McCarthy out of there, etc. etc. blah blah blah, stale offense, all of it true. The point is, the talent is there, and it is not going to take much to get back on top. The Pack will be back. Sooner than people think.

Damn, I had to watch OT on my phone on the way to the movie theater. And then the damn stream shut off right after the TD in OT and they mentioned it was going to be reviewed. Then my phone notified me a few seconds later that it was a win. A win is always great but I would have been OK with a loss and an entertaining game.

I hope at least you got to see a good movie and not a chick flick.
