Greene (excitedly like always) coaching up Perry after the personal foul sack at the very end of the show. Point of fact told him to tip his head back and lead with his facemask instead of the top of his helmet and he'll be golden. Used the pivot of his wrist to demonstrate.

Funny thing is Perry turns to the player next to him and says "Damn, wonder how much that's gonna cost me" Lesson learned and the rookie becomes a little more vet:

quote:
β€œI’ve just got to be smarter with the way I wrap up,” said Perry, who has two sacks this season. β€œYou know, it’s hard because I felt like I did the right thing by getting him down, but it wasn’t good enough. There’s a better way to approach it.”

Still, Perry wants to remain aggressive in his pursuit to the quarterback even if that means finding a different way to hit quarterbacks.

β€œTo not get fined, that’s what I have to do,” Perry said. β€œJust try to change it up a little bit so I won’t get fined next time.” -Green Bay Press Gazette
This kid gets it and he's going to get better. Like to hear quotes like this and how he was shadowing Clay during training camp. He's also dealing with a hand injury right now that hasn't been given much attention.
