On that play. Dick Rodgers has to recognize slot blitz. He becomes the hot read. Hundley is looking right at him. Dick Rodgers ran his 8 yard stick route like he didn’t have a care in the world. That’s not smart football Dick Rodgers. 

Agree with Tausch. MM got Tomlin to show his hand and knew Hundley was going to take yet another sack if he didn't call TO. Got his QB settled and made it count. Yes, the FG attempt was boneheaded, but the 28 points don't happen without MM making some adjustments. Now if he could only adjust Dom out the door...
