Giannis with 18 in the first quarter. Bucks up big.
Pelicans missing Zion, Ingram, and McCollum after a game last night.
NBA scheduling - it's FANTASTIC.

In 9 minutes Giannis has 20 and 6 boards
That’s like Reggie Miller against the Knicks superhero type shit
Bucks up big, but Giannis still really clanking FTs. 1 for 4 tonight and now 8 for his last 22.
Bucks letting the Pelicans hang around.
It's still double digits, but I don't get the shot selection. They literally can't guard Giannis, but Jevon Carter is throwing up contested 3s early in the shot clock.
Bucks call timeout to set up a.....
Giannis 3 which barely hits the front of the rim.

Followed by another quick jump shot miss from 18 feet.
I don't think the Bucks have taken a shot inside 15 feet the last 4 minutes.
Now a 6 point game. Really sloppy to let a 19 point lead fall to 6.
13-2 Pelicans run.
It correlated with when they brought Nwora in and the defense started giving up easy shots.
Giannis comes back in and ends up with 29-9-2 at the half.
Bucks up 18 despite going 5 for 23 from three.
Bucks +15 in rebounds in the first half
Bucks get the lead to 23 and then immediately give up a 9-0 run. Holiday with a wild turnover. Giannis with a running shot that missed. Giannis with a bad turnover.
Pelicans just racing down the court after every Bucks possession - make or miss. Getting a lot of layups and open shots. It's exactly what the Hornets did in that 51 point quarter.
I just flipped from the BS NFL GAME to the basketball game. At least I KNOW what's coming in the NBA.
Let's get another win Bucks!!
Giannis just made 2 FTs!
50 for Giannis!
50 and 13 by Giannis in 30 minutes
damn
The dude is a modern day Wilt. Incredible and I'm so glad he's on my favorite team.

He's the closest thing to Wilt we've ever seen, but even prime Wilt wasn't going to hit back to back 3s to get to 50 like Giannis did last night. He morphed into Steph Curry for about 30 seconds last night. That last 3 to get to 50 was a pull-up from almost 30 feet. The one before it was from 26 feet. If he could hit 3s at even 33% he'd be even more unguardable.
Even now, some of the funniest things to see are when a guy (often a decent defender) stands about 10 feet away from him and dares him to shoot a three or a jump shot and then Giannis will get a running start at him, Eurostep around him and put in a layup.
This was hilarious.
