Penn State comes to the Kohl Center

Wahl is back for Bucky.  Bucky lost three games in a row, without Wahl, on the court. Essegian is starting tonight.

Lions player put his shoulder into Klesmit's chest and he hits the deck. No foul. Announcers are saying the refs should call it a flop on Klesmit. Looked like a charge on the Penn State guy, to me.

The flop call is the stupidest thing in college hoops.  If a guy flops and there is no call it is a huge disadvantage already, no call is needed.

Klesmit takes a vicious elbow to the mouth. Bleeding and heads to the locker room.

36-30, Penn State leads at halftime.

Klesmit out for the rest of the game, with a head injury. IMO, he's our best defender.

Clock hit 0 as Pickett released the ball. Thought that was a shot clock violation.

Essegian with a huge 3! Penn St answers with one of their own.

61-60 Bucky with 1:25 left.

20.4 left. Penn States ball. Betting Funk gets the ball for a 3 attempt.

Funk had the three, missed it. Hepburn fouled on the rebound. Shooting 2 at the line.

Do not foul when they take the 3!

63-60 Bucky wins it! Penn State has never won at the Kohl Center. 0-19 here! The last time Penn St. won, at Madison, was in 1995, before the Kohl Center was built.

Nice win!!!  Hepburn draws 2 charges and hits 2 big FT in the final 3 minutes.  Badgers now 19-0 vs. Penn State at the Kohl Center.

Needed that win.
