They've yet to name the top 25, but so far, there have been no Packers on the list. I'm guessing that Rodgers and Matthews will make the top 25, but are we really that deprived of talent on our team? If so, it shows that the Packers have good coaching, good schemes, and are able to play together as a team. That's not such a bad thing, but I'd still like to have a few more blue chippers on the team.

I thought I read somewhere that AR was 6th on the list.  I don't know about Matthews.

Considering that there are 1696 players on NFL rosters, and that about 1440 of them suit up on Sundays when all the teams are playing, It can be dufficult to get down to 100 of them.  Still, this list is the opinion of the players, and most of them would likely make terrible GMs.  Not that the sports writers (or any other group) is better.  I tend to look at these lists and move on.  The thing that is important is what happens with your TEAM (the Packers in my case) when the games count.

Jones and Shields, you gotta be kidding me.

Why not Jones? He caught everything thrown at him, made some unbelievable catches, scored more than any WR in the league last year. And he blocks.

Not sure why anyone would mention Shields but I would mention Hayward. He was certainly one of the 100 best players last year. Might have to add Burnett too.
