Bucks are 9 for 36 from three. The Pistons are 14 for 33.

Other than Holiday and Portis, the Bucks are 4 for 24.

Hill, Allen, and Connaughton are 2 for 15 from 3 and almost all of their shots are uncontested 3s. The Bucks have probably missed 7 point-blank layups as well.

Still only down 2 going to the 4th because Giannis and Holiday are 18 for 30 for 44 points.

The Bucks need to remember this game next month when only Giannis makes the all-star game.

A lot of things had to go right for the Pistons to win, but they did and the Bucks let them stick around by letting a guy get hot (Bey) and then doing nothing about it.

A hidden problem even when they've won games the last month is Grayson Allen. He must have missed 6 wide-open corner or wing threes.  I bet at least half of them lead to transition baskets at the other end for the Pistons.

The Pistons had 13 inactives tonight and the Bucks were basically full strength.

One of the most embarrassing efforts of the Bud era and after getting the Raptors at home on Wednesday they have to play at the Nets, two in a row in Charlotte, and then home against the Warriors. This could be the start of a stretch where the Bucks go about 2-4.

Grayson Allen is 12 for 46 overall and 8 for 36 from three in the last 6 games. They've gotten away with it until tonight because they've played shitty teams, but that's going to get them killed against the good teams.

Almost all of those shots are wide open. And a lot of the misses are long rebounds that give the other team transition 3s.

His perimeter defense is also very suspect. He's probably going to sit in a playoff series if DDV is back. 10 million a year isn't outrageous, but he's definitely someone you'd trade for another asset when he become eligible to do so in the offseason.

Of course, when Nwora finally gets going he gets COVID and has to sit. He'd have been an option tonight instead of playing Allen 27 minutes.
