From the article:

Minnesota athletic director Mark Coyle voiced his support for Fleck's program in a statement to Front Office Sports.

"P.J. and our program are unique," Coyle said. "They put themselves out there in new and different ways β€” but always in a first-class manner β€” and after nearly seven years, it is clear to me, that is what makes P.J. and our program so successful."

Successful?

Craziest thing I heard on this was on sports talk radio this A.M.  Anytime Fleck entered a room the players were supposed to clap.  If Fleck didn't think the clapping was loud enough he would leave the room and re-enter until the clapping was loud enough to suit him.  Is that     or what?

Any grown ass man who says row the boat when speaking to other adults is a loony.

Fleck is a bozo, and the allegations don’t surprise me one bit.  He’s a circus act and snake oil salesman, but it works for him and Minnesota.  Why?  If you are an average to above average coach, that behavior will be celebrated big time in Minneapolis.

The cult leader moniker seems to fit as he sure acts and talks like one.
