We’re so used to Alabama just dominating that them losing 4 games just automatically downgrades the SEC.  Texas probably should have lost today to a good but not great Arizona State team.

When you consider a middle of the road Michigan team beat Ohio State and Alabama and should have beaten Indiana that tells you how good the conference is.

Michigan will be on the upswing and it’s entirely possible that you could see four top 10 teams next year with Oregon, OSU, Penn State, and Michigan.

How was Ryan Day ever on the hot seat?  Michigan?  How stupid.

I live about  an hour from Columbus and  it was absolute insanity for awhile after they lost to Michigan.  Sure it  sucks to be beaten 4 in a row to your biggest rival but you can't fire a coach who has something like a 91% winning percentage.

And I guarantee you if he doesn't win it  all he will be back on the hot seat with the fans even with the dominate wins they have had so far.

Notre Dame got to play a rookie QB who had never started before.

It is impressive that Notre Dame is where they are based on the fact that they have not spent the NIL money others have. They are not top 25.

Not surprisingly, the top two schools for NIL investment in college football are Texas and Ohio State.

Also, not on this list of top 25 NIL budgets, is Wisconsin. On the list are Iowa, Illinois, Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State, Oregon, and Washington (to go along with Ohio State). So, the Badgers are, at best, 10th in the Big 10 in NIL budget. No wonder they can't get a QB.
