I was thinking that MM was going to pull Rodgers after his second rushing TD. That would have gave Harrell some time with the #1's and given BJ more time also.

While the preseason is the place to evaluate talent for roster cuts, it's also important to get the starters ready to play in week 1. Rodgers needs his reps too. Not to mention getting his timing down with the likes of Jennings, etc.
Without a doubt Benson looked really impressive. Seemed to be quicker than I recall from previous seasons.

Rodgers looked really sharp as well.

The guy that also continues to look good is Tramon Williams. He played Green about as good as you can at corner.

Overall a good effort against a pretty decent opponent. I still think they need to solidify their DB positions but Hayward and McMillian continue to impress and MD Jennings and Levine played better this week.

I agree. ARod 's timing with his receivers has been a bit off all preseason.

Trenni's cans. A lot of times when she was doing Brewers games they looked like they were probably flapjacks and were pretty hard to make a decision on. Tonight they appeared to be in good shape. A good bra can do wonders.

I'd agree that Newhouse looks a little iffy at LT, but it seems highly unlikely that Sherrod (or anyone else) will be replacing him at LT this season. It's not like Sherrod was pushing for a starting spot before the injury, and his slow recovery doesn't bode well for how effective he'll be in 2012. Sherrod needed to get in some TC reps as badly as anyone. Now that he's missed that window, I'm not sure it's realistic to hope for anything beyond him coming off PUP and being a competent reserve.
