I'm feeling good about this game. We have the best defense, QB, and WRs in the NFC, so I don't just like our chances today, I like our chances throughout the NFC playoffs. If any team is built to contain Vick and beat the Eagles, it is this Packers team.

Rodgers is already an elite QB. The only thing lacking on his resume are playoff wins. I have a feeling that these playoffs will be Rodgers coming out party in that area. I have the utmost confidence that he can get it done.

What beverages do people have on their game menu today? I'm generally a beer guy...maybe a Jack & Coke. However, I've been relying on Manhattans since the Giants game (i.e., the start of our playoffs). If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Well stated barrister, I think it will come down to a Mason Crosby FG as time expires, luckily, it will be a chip shot. (32 yds.) Mason is due for a clutch kick, wind or no wind, today is the day!

I've been going with 2.5 oz whiskey, .5 oz sweet vermouth, .5 oz dry vermouth, 2 dashes of bitters, and a maraschino cherry.

I'll have to check out the blood orange.

I think the offense will have to perform better than last week. They will need to score a lot of points because Vick and Co. will make some big plays, of that there is no doubt.

Special teams will have to contain the Eagle kick return game, especially late in the game when the offense may not have a chance to make up for a huge mistake by special teams.

They call that a "perfect" Manhattan.

Always a maraschino (or whiskey soaked) cherry (or cherries).

I've found that some people like a splash of real grenadine as well.

IMO NO. It means the WR's have focus on making the catch first before running. AR throws a pretty tight mean ball, IMO he can get it thru some pretty rough weather.

Akers has been a money kicker in the postseason, and Jackson has proven he can be a game changer. The special teams need to play well today, and might involve Crosby making a long FG or our guys bottling up a good returner. Could eventually be the story of the game. Everyone's focusing on Vick and Rodgers, but in the playoffs it seems like special teams really have a major impact.

Bradley's loss is big because he is pretty good at running with the TE down the field.

I really hope the Packers DL shows up. I still have nightmares watching Vick twice in Green Bay including the 2003 playoff loss tearing it up. I still remember thinking, "When is Joe Johnson going to show up?"

No Hall means Starks is active, but special teams is weaker.

I don't know if that means ST is weaker. Nance has been pretty good there. I think with Hall inactive Starks comes in more for the run game and Nance takes more of the ST plays.

DT Green is inactive...hmmm. I really hope Jenkins is healthy enough to go the whole game (in spots). It would be tough to lose him early and be down to interior D-linemen. Of course, with Vick at QB, I would imagine we'll see a lot of 2 D-linemen with 5 LB sets.
