Makes you appreciate the Packers a little more huh?

Repost: After watching other teams play, I realize how good the Packers are & they can be even better.

We're 100% spoiled. Fans of at least 29-30 other teams would kill to have what we have in Green Bay

Tavon Austin high-stepping it as he runs out of bounds on a non- scoring punt return pretty much defines the Rams tonight.  Which Keenum promptly follows with an interception.

But great 20 yard return there Tavon! The high-step part was very Dionesque!

And Aaron Donald for the Rams strangles a guy after the whistle, pushes his helmet off, then spikes his own helmet on the field as he gets ejected from the game. With his team down 21-0 and no hope for even a field goal from the Rams offense.

Wow. Epic failure by the Rams to start the season.

I don't think Jeff is getting his record. I think he's getting fired soon. I think he'd like to get fired soon. I don't think he gives a ****.

Assuming he doesn't get strangled by Aaron Donald first.

The Rams should be told to go back to the start of pre-season & play 4 more practice games.

I don't think I've ever seen a Jeff Fisher coached team play that bad. Not even in Tennessee when the Titans lost 59-0 to the Patriots.

Ram's. Drive chart by possession:

Punt, punt, punt pick, punt, punt, punt.

Halftime.

Punt, punt, punt, punt, pick, punt, downs.

End of game

I honestly can't remember a game I didn't see a team at least attempt a FG.

They would have missed it....

There is something to be said for consistency.

Jeff Fisher is the Sam Bradford of coaches

Sam Bradford is the Jeff Fisher of QBs

Never have two more mediocre talents been given so much credit and hype and press.

  • Jeff Fisher has finished >.500 in only 6 of 21 years as a head coach (about to be 6/22 after this season)
  • Jeff Fisher hasn't won a playoff game since 2003.
  • Jeff Fisher has twice lost as the #1 seed in the first playoff game they played.
  • Were it not for the Music City Miracle, it's not a #hottake to say that Jeff Fisher would have all of 2 playoff wins.  As is, he has only 5.

NFL coaches preach consistency.

That said, those two picks really stand out.
