Not including UDFA (unless they were with someone else first) or signing his own FA
1) Masthay
2) Woodson
3) Pickett
4) Williams
5) Bush
6) Chillar
Worst
1) the rest of them

Wow, what a lack of free agent signings. Ted is good, but he is neglecting a huge part of his job

and has a stupid face on the sideline, but please keep on topic about how Ted can't assemble a team than can compete.
AJ Hawk was a Free Agent for a couple of anxious hours during the lockout
Then Ted outbid himself and won the day, bringing Great Joy to all of Packer Nation
Shields has to be high on the list.

Did anybody doubt Ted when he picked up Matt O'Dwyer and Adrian Klemm to replace Wahle and Rivera ? Ouch
The Marquand Manuel signing was especially painful.
With the salary imbalance that FA bring and several bad experiences, no wonder the guy stays away.
What about Pickett & Woodson & even Brandon Chillar to some extent. He's had successes too.
You have to use everything at your disposal. A statement TT himself has already said.
He makes the best decision he can with the information he has at the time & moves along. Does it always work out? Hell no, but name me one...just ONE GM that always gets it right & I'll show you a team that rarely (if ever) loses.
The trick is to get it right more than the other 31 teams. TT has been pretty damn good at that & we've been competitive for over 2 decades now. 1.5 of those decades under TT's watch.
Hey, it didn't work out this year. We lost on a last-second FG. Otherwise we are probably the team playing Seattle this Sunday.
