How much do they have in "reserve" now? I know that was a priority some years ago, build that up in case of hard times in the future since we don't have a deep pockets owner.
Has anyone read what their plans might be for all the land acquisition they've been doing?
A Cabella's store is going up on the corner of 41 and Lombardi, which was land owned by the Pack as I understand it. Just guessing Cabella's will be leasing that area? Gonna start digging dirt soon.
Also heard talk of a nice hotel going up on other property the Pack owns near Lambeau.
I'm guessing they are not adding to the $127 mil Preservation Fund this year as the profits are likely going to help pay for the stadium construction currently ongoing, so their loan will be less.

I remember Silverstein commented that several of the homes they bought on Stadium Drive are going to be converted in press parking lots.
Those houses were a freaking great place to tailgate. Boris, Coach and ammo were there for the Buffalo game and you went from the back yard right into the Lambeau lot
