Jerry Garcia's top two tips are to buy good steaks and season your meat
Big stuff here people, listen up
Garcia likes to season and let his meat rest at room temp before cooking over high heat until moving it to cooler area and covering it.
Would that work with oat meal?
Nice job Crew. Will the Thrill looked focused again after the tater the other night.
Front Row Amy looking good tonite.
And Lohse too.
We'll take that easy RBI.
1st team to 50 wins with 2 weeks to go before the all star game , 18 games over .500 with a 6 game lead in the division. What a great ride this has been.
This team is clicking. All these close wins are confidence builders which will be beneficial in the months ahead.
Love how the clutch hitting has been this season. In the past sometimes the Brewers would fold after letting a game slip away but Braun came through.
He strikes out a lot but Mark Reynolds leading off with a hit in the ninth was a huge boost after the dinger to tie. It seems we have seen different players step up all season when we needed. Leadership (Lucroy, Lohse, Gomez, others) on this team has supported the attitude of winning. Defining roles for each player and being consistent by RR well done. That is why we are in first.
Nice W.
Need Henderson back, and pitching well. The bullpen is going to run out of gas if it doesn't get reinforcements.
Can Wang make it to September? We'll find out.

Might not have to. I had heard about a month ago that he has to be active for 90 days. Here's what I found:

What happens when a player is selected in the Rule 5 Draft?
A team that selects a player in the Rule 5 Draft pays $50,000 to the team from which he was selected. The receiving team must then keep the player on the Major League 25-man roster for the entirety of the next season, and the selected player must remain active (not on the disabled list) for a minimum of 90 days.
So, if that is right, he must remain active for a minimum of day days. Does that mean he can go on the DL after game 90?? If so, look for a tired arm soon.
I would guess, until things get hairy, he stays on the active roster. He still needs to be pitching and around good coaches, that looks a little most suspicious if he is doing it on the DL. As long as the pen isn't getting beat up, him being the last guy on the team is not killing them.
That could all change with an injury to another reliever (we'd probably need two guys to replace Smith for example).
I'll definitely take the W.
Hopefully Segura's cramps aren't a strain, and Gomez's strained neck isn't actually a concussion.
Lost the game in the 8th because of the Fox national window. Glad Rodriguez had a clean 9th.
First world problems.
Yo never has beaten Colorado and getting kicked around again in the first...
Need the bats to wake up
Yikes, Crew doing their best Rockies impression today...
Due for a clunker. On to Exhibition Stadium to face Garth Iorg, Dave Steib and the Toronto Blue Jays! Mark your calendars, Tuesday is Canada day and it's a noon start...
