Going back to around the 4th of July last year this team is something like 33-57.  That a winning percentage of like .370

Awful

As bad as the starting pitching has been i would like to know what their offensive statistics have been over that timeframe.  You won't win many game scoring 2 or 3 runs a game unless you have the Braves staff from the mid 90s which they do not.

I think this next series is crucial for him and the Brewers.   It's not just that they're 2-10.  It is how they got there and how it has apparently carried over from last year.   Nobody on this team wants to step up and make it work.

Sure, maybe they rebound...but there will be lingering doubt for a long, long time.  That choke job last season cast a big dark shadow.

Meaningless September games?  How anti meaningless games past Memorial Day?   There have been a lot or seasons like that.  Unless they turn things around in dramatic fashion this is looking like one of those seasons.

The worst thing they can do is win enough games to give us hope where they don't trade some guys or don't get a top pick.  That's such a Brewers thing.  If you are going to suck get it right.

Well  now, that leads us to Doug Melvin...regarded as one of the better GMs in MLB.  Over the last few years I have piped in about Melvin and most of the time it hasn't been positive.

But leaving him out of this, I am inclined to lay this on RR.  It appears very apparent that RR lost this team somewhere for some reason last year.   Despite their strong finish in spring training, they have picked up right where they left off.  There is too much talent on this team to be 2-10...especially how they are playing and losing.

I did not like at all the way Melvin and Mark handled the end of last season.  And it is beginning to show their collective decisions were questionable at best.  Question is: whose idea was it to let the dust settle for cooler decision-making?  If Melvin convinced Mark to hang onto RR one more season, then...

But on a positive note, I hope for the sake of everyone involved the Brewers can turn it around on this homestand, otherwise, it is probably "Sayonara" Ron and maybe Doug too.

June 28th, 2014 the Milwaukee Brewers were 51-32, in 6th 1st place and had a 6.5 game lead in the NL Central. (edit, as always I'm a dumbass)

Since that day the Milwaukee Brewers have played 93 games, with a record of 33-60, a winning percentage of .354.

This isn't a slow start.  This isn't a slump.  This is what the Brewers are.
