Rutgers was hosed on the first Stave INT. The should have had the ball at the 20.
That is the only nice thing I can say about Rutgers
Stave does not have an NFL arm. His release and mechanics are awful and it takes him forever to go through progressions. He'd get killed in the NFL because he can't extend plays.
He has a nice touch on deep passes but can't complete the short to intermediate stuff consistently. And he can't escape the rush.

Great to see a legit back in Clement return. Had he been healthy they would have beaten Iowa.
