At least we now know why Outlaw is hanging out in Montana.
It's a shame, really

I know we have some fun ripping on guys that do stupid things, but Leaf's case is just...sad by this point.

I am hoping that Brock Osweiler makes Montana proud. We don't produce a lot of elite football prospects. Don't make me point out how many turds came from Atlanta.

Ryan Leaf arrested for second time in four days
Posted by Michael David Smith on April 2, 2012, 12:24 PM EDT

Ryan Leaf was arrested again on Monday and accused of committing a burglary shortly after he posted bail and got out of jail after an arrest on Friday.

Central Montana Drug Force Commander Chris Hickman told the Associated Press that Leaf was arrested early Monday in Great Falls on charges of burglary, theft and two counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

The new charges stem from a burglary Leaf allegedly committed on Saturday, not long after he got out of jail following his Friday arrest, which was also related to committing a burglary and illegal possession of prescription painkillers.

Leaf has a hearing scheduled for today and is still in jail.

Not only sad, also incredibly stupid.
Leaf was on Jim Rome about 2 months ago, and talked a lot about his recovery from brain surgery last summer and his time in the NFL. He was extremely open and accountable to the mistakes he made, and talked about the desire to help others so they didn't make the same mistakes that he made.

The guy seemed pretty genuine and remorseful, so I have to assume these addictions are just so powerful that he can't defeat them.

Mandrich can't hold a candle to Leaf. I can't remember a bigger bust then him.

By the by, what the fu** did Leaf do with all his money?
Tony turned his life around and managed to play quality football with the Colts for a few seasons. Tony was mostly a product of a hype machine, addiction and a poor attitude, Leaf had the talent to be one of the all time greats if not for his ten cent head. Some of the antics he pulled while in San Diego are almost beyond belief, I just wonder what rock bottom will be for him.
