I just want to know how many more lucky bounces the Steelers are going to get tonight.

No kidding. I think the entire team has horseshoes up their a**es tonight.

Crazy that the Jets have 3 ex Iowa State Cyclones playing significant roles at the same time. McDonald, Lazard and Hall. They didn't put anyone in the Pros to speak of for years but that's changed a lot recently. Purdy, the Jets trio, Hutchinson the WR playing for the Texans today. They're scattered throughout the league now.

But Pickens actually catches, tracks and contests the ball 1,000 times better than Watson and has been more durable.

Excerpt from a NY Times article after Cowboys-Steelers this month

The bigger issue was Pickensโ€™ lack of effort on a number of routes, him slamming his helmet to the turf after a rough sequence, sitting by himself on the bench with his head in his hands and, on the final play, grabbing Dallas Cowboys defender Jourdan Lewis by the face mask as time expired. Pickens finished the game with three catches for 26 yards and appeared visibly frustrated with his usage.

Heโ€™s the classic diva receiver, but he ainโ€™t no Randy Moss or similar types whose ability to take over a game means youโ€™ll put up with his tantrums. Give me a team guy like Watson anytime

I find it kind of tough to watch Rodgers these days.  I think heโ€™s kind of delusional about what heโ€™s capable of since he still has a strong arm.

His biggest problem is his legs and feet betray him.  He used to have an incredible ability to extend plays.  With that ability lost to father time, heโ€™s turned into an incredibly ordinary QB.  It used to be that when he was pressured he was quick to react to it and burn a defense.  Now, I think he reacts a little too slowly and it leads to him missing throws he used to make in his sleep.

At least he does still have a terrific arm that can make you remember how great he was.  But yeah with his slow feet and lack of quickness I donโ€™t think heโ€™ll ever be close to where he was a few years ago.

He's beat up and he can't protect himself enough to get healthy. He's also too stubborn to allow for a game plan to protect him. It's all about 'the show'. While he's been fantasizing about spells, intentions, and it's all about the players, Gutey wisely  rebuilt the Packers with young talent and ate a plate full of **** and criticism from every media outlet in the country and half the fan base to see it through.

Aaron's got 10 weeks of eating humble pie before it's all over. Respect him for fighting to the end and his professional attitude towards 10, but his vengeance consumed him in the end and drew him to possibly the worst run franchise in the league.

All that said I'll be happy to forgive all and welcome him home when he retires a Packer. Can't blame a competitor for competing to the end and appreciate everything he left out on the field. One of a kind out of everyone who ever played the position. It was his way almost the whole way and it was a he** of a ride.

I'm sure the Jets 4-3 record at the beginning of last year was due to Zach Wilson's stellar QB play. ๐Ÿ™„ Everything else was the same too I'm guessing?

I get it that Rodgers has his faults, but some pundits are trying a little too hard to be, "trendy" and jump on the, "bash Aaron Rodgers" bandwagon. A lot of it is pretty stupid.

I think the assertion is they're 2-5 because Rodgers has been god awful (he has).
