Not only is ESB a rookie, he was an undeveloped WR coming out of college with a lot to learn. It's why he dropped as far as he did in the draft - very raw. He could need until his 3rd year to really start peaking.
MVS was shut out last night, no?

I think he just improved as a player. Pettine is not doing anything exotic with Fack, we're seeing KF beat guys with speed around the edge, inside moves, and hustle. I'm not trying to take anything away from Pettine, I like him and I thikn he's been a great hire, but there's no magic that Pettine did with Fack, I think we're just seeing things finally click for him. It takes longer for some players. I've been critical of Fack in the past, as we all have, but he's always been a h/w/s guy who was just missing that mental piece (much like Spriggs). We're seeing the mental piece click for him, hopefully next year we see it with Spriggs. We got Fack for one more year on the cheap, better resign him ASAP while his value is still low.
Sure. But one of the things Pettine stressed when he was hired was keeping it simple and fun. Fackrell, along with getting thrown around, also often looked lost last year when he had to operate in space. Looks a lot more directed now along with more success 1-on-1.
I am sick and tired of the officiating. While I think the Pack lost primarily because they did not make enough plays and Seattle did, I think the officiating alone was enough to swing the outcome. The non PI call in the deep pass to Adams. Unreal. In fact the deep pass he caught, the guy grabbed his arm and that was not called. Man, I am so sick of it.
The Packers had a significant WR dropoff after Adams. 16 yards from ESB and 8 from MVS. That's it. 24 yards.
Too much pressure on Rodgers. O-line collapsing too often.
Wilson did make a lot of plays.
What was up with Rodger's last pass? Other passes were off.
MM. Not disputing the 33 yard reception. Not going for it on 4th and 2. He really is dead man walking. It's over.

This is legitimate and a true reflection of how deep the Illuminati have their claws
Good teams and good coaches overcome the officiating. They make sure you don't blow timeouts so that they can "risk" challenges in the 4th quarter.
Plenty of game time left to overcome calls
I think MVS will be just fine.
Also from Oconomowoc:
Why the hell canβt Rodgers hit wide open players in the flat this year? And why do we see so many shots of him sitting alone and looking sullen on the bench? He used to rally the troops at critical times. Itβs time to look at #12 a bit here, folks.
Too bad about Grahamβs thumb, but he has not impressed much and I like the idea of getting a better look at Tonyan and M. Lewis.
Really thought Josh Jackson would be shining by now, but heβs not and thatβs disappointing. But J. Alexander is a stud. And weβre starting to see some definite improvements in the D thanks to Pettine.
Whatever the hell the problem is, itβs time to fix it.
We should be more concerned about sideline shots, they tell the true story.
I, for one, have seen him picking his nose more. We all know what that means.
Jackson did not look very good during the last two games. Hopefully he turns it around.

We should change his name to "Booger"?

++++ . Davante Adams is the best WR in the League. He makes plays and catches no matter who is covering him. Our Defense played tough despite the injuries. Aaron Jones is a great back. We need to feed him the ball a lot more than we do. I thought Matthews had a decent game. He took a lot of the heat off Fackrell which allowed Fackrell to have a great game. Fackrell is now leading the team in sacks. Tonyan caught a TD pass!
_ _ _ _ What happened to the quick rhythm offense we used to run? Again, we waste timeouts because the play clock is approaching zero and no one is ready to play. We got away from running the ball, again. Injuries. I think Jimmy Graham sustained his broken thumb because he was blocking a Seattle defender by pushing him in the face mask. Raven Green not looking back in Jaire's defending the WR where Raven ran into the WR for a PI flag. The stupid penalty negating a 50+ yard return by Davis. Whenever our ST unit is on the field, expect a flag to be thrown against it. Nice coaching, Zook! Josh Jackson looked awful covering WRs two weeks in a row, now. Crosby missing the FG. Aaron Rodgers looking dejected most of the game. Where were the slants and quick hitters on 3rd and short? Even running the ball on those downs would have made more sense than throwing for 30-40 yards on 3rd and 4 or 5 in a desperate attempt to move the chains. .Tonyan wasn't heard from after the TD pass.
_ _ _ _ Another negative was the pi__poor officiating. It was compounded because it occurred in Seattle-the city of blown calls.
+ : had a 14-3 lead
- : Had to play the rest of the game
"What happened to the quick rhythm offense we used to run? "
Rodgers knee health has improved to the point that they "don't need to get the ball out quick" anymore is my guess. Forget that fact that it puts points on the board and protects the defense from over exposure, we do what we do.
That's what's worst IMO about all the 3 and outs towards the end of the game. The defense gets gassed since they're out on the field so much late in games. A couple of first downs would go a long way in improving the defensive performance.
