That was a disgusting display of basketball.

Well. Pretty much the season is on the line Tuesday unless you all believe the Bucks can win 4 out of 5 with 3 games on the road.

they looked like a tired team with no clear direction or anyone who could find a spark to bail them out.

When was the last time I heard that? The game before the all star break without Giannis vs. the Magic on a back-to-back.

Today the Bucks had 5 days rest & played that way WITH Giannis.

Season on the line Tuesday. Will we see the 2019 Bucks? Or simply another version of the 80's Bucks.

Bucks ran a clinic today on how not to defend the pick and roll. Man the Celtics were wide open on pick n pops and we never adjusted.

Got sick of watching Giannis dribble into a wall of defenders and not know what to do.  Got to pull up and hit the mid range or kick out to what should be an open teammate. coaching

Again IMO Brad Stevens is one of the best coaches in this league.

Paul Pierce says, "Boston has more talent. This series is OV-AHH. Boston in 5 games."

Bucks won 2 out of 3 in the regular season - that's no different than 4 out of 6. Time to step to the plate or wilt & die. #1 team in the NBA? Guess we'll find out what they're made of on Tuesday

Was very worried about this matchup. Boston DOES have more overall talent but has dealt with injuries and dysfunction all year. C-Boy was afraid they would put it together come playoff time.

Still only one game and look at all the round 1 game 1 upsets…

Celtics played perfect basketball today - they're going to have to do that 3 more times & hope the Bucks don't play perfect basketball. Boston does not have more talent than the Bucks but in game 1 they definitely had the better coach.

Budenholzer needs to scheme a more effective inside scoring offense.  And Giannis needs to be smarter inside.

Not that there aren't other issues, but the inside scoring was WAY below their norm and that can't continue.

Best wing player of all time?  PP-  that’s Steph Curry

Unfortunately, Steph plays PG

Most exciting player this year (2018), Doncic or Giannis?  PP- it’s Doncic!

Was Doncic in the running for league MVP?   Did he lead his team to 60 wins?

Who will win the series (2017)- Cavs or Sixers?  PP- if they played in round 1, the Cavs w/LeBron would get beat.   Philly is dangerous.

Cleveland went to the Finals.  Philly?  Um yeah not so much.

Yep.  Paul Pierce is “the Truth” until he opens his trap and starts talking.  Major idot!

Yeah, I was actually quite uncertain about this matchup as well.

Not having Brogdon really hurt them in game 1.  He’s the one guy that would maybe Kyrie work on both ends of the court.

Bledsoe is the other guy.  I mean, is he seeing ghosts?  WTF is it with him v the Celtics?

Kawai Leonard maybe wants to play in Milwaukee. We don't need Brogdon.

Brogdon is a great glue guy. He's great at about 4 years and 50 million. If someone offers him 20 million a year, you have to let him go.

Kyrie Irving - 1st pick of the 2011 draft

Jaylen Brown - 3rd pick of the 2016 draft

Jayson Tatum - 3rd pick of the 2017 draft

Al Horford - 3rd pick of the 2007 draft

Gordon Hayward - 9th pick of the 2010 draft

Even Morris (14th pick) and Rozier (16th pick) were first half of the first round.

Pau Gasol isn't active and is a shadow of his former self, so the highest draft position for a Buck is Lopez (10th pick - 2008). Giannis was 15th. Middleton, Brogdon, Sterling Brown, Ilyasova, and Connaughton are second round picks. Bledsoe was the 18th pick. Mirotic 23rd. George Hill 26th. That's the entire Bucks rotation.

The Celtics (due to the Pierce/Garnett trade to the Nets and signing a max free agent) are more physically talented than the Bucks with the exception of Giannis. There's a reason guys go high in the lottery and guys like Middleton and Brogdon drop (even though they were great college player). GMs don't think they have elite athleticism and have already plateaued.

The Bucks have to play smarter than teams like the Celtics and Sixers because with the exception of Giannis, they aren't go to beat them on athletic ability. Bud's scheme takes advantage of one transcendent talent and surrounds him with complementary guys. It's up to Bud to see if he can adjust to a scheme that puts multiple elite athletes on any Giannis drive to the basket.

One of the best spots to predict "underperformance" is after a bit of a layoff and especially with that after some recent over performance.

Da Bucks walked right into something that is just human nature.

This was a classic let down game...and back at the comfort of home is where it happens.

That's all...very very lucrative for betting once you buy into the theory and have the guts and patience to wait for the set ups.

It happens to everybody...in all sports.

It aint no big deal...and Pierce is full of it.

Sounds like he's close, but no cigar.

Milwaukee Bucks point guard Malcolm Brogdon is listed as out for Friday's Game 3 of his team's playoff series against the Boston Celtics, according to the NBA's injury report on Thursday evening. The team could still update his status prior to the game.
