There are other good ones, too, but those are the first that came to mind.

I thought you would say "The Rock" with Nicholas Cage.

He was great in The Untouchables. Wish his part had been bigger.  He won the best supporting actor Oscar for his role.

Many very good Connery roles/movies. The Name of the Rose seems to be often undervalued.
