The O-line might be able to withstand 1 injury by doing some shuffling. More than 1 and I think that would drastically affect an already battered offense. If Sherrod had been healthy, I think they would have survived 2 injuries. Now I think they can only withstand 1.

I had the same hopes, but the more I think about it, how ready would he be to play right now assuming he was healthy enough to do so? He hasn't played, let alone practiced, for going on a year now. I think he'd be beaten early and often if pressed into action any time this season.

The o-line situation is what it is (overused cliche, but it fits here). Every starter is at least adequate. Other than center, I think the starters are better than average. The scary thing is what we have for depth. I don't know how well this team could even withstand one injury to a starter at this point. Then again, this team and coaching staff has shown a remarkable ability to handle adversity very well. I just don't want to find out one way or the other in this case, though.
Coleman is going to be the #2 QB, and they'll use a first round pick on a #3 QB?

I suppose if the BPA is a QB, they'll take one, in every round if that's BPA in every round. (Well, actually, they'd just trade down in that case and wind up with the entire seventh round excluding the compensatory picks.)
