Cool article with nice comments from Lang and Rodgers:

"He honestly set the tone for us the day after the Washington game," Pro Bowl guard T.J. Lang recalled following Sunday night's victory. "Being a player, I was kind of surprised by the way he approached it. You come off four straight losses and you come in with your tail tucked between your legs, expecting to be bitched out by your head coach.

Instead, he came in and calmly said, 'Hey guys -- let's get to work. We've got a lot of things to fix.' He stayed positive, and it really set the tone. We understand that coaches get down, too, especially when they hear people say they're all getting fired and stuff like that. He did a really good job of keeping the room together and tuning out the noise."

Great ideas rooted in love.(R)

Hey I'm a MM bobo, he has done a great job in GB and IMO he can stay as long as he wants..He has lots of equity.      Lots.

That being said why did it take a four game stinky to come in and say we have a lot of things to fix?   What exactly did he see and say and coach after that fourth loss  that he didn't see and say after the third?  Health played a part but that was not something that he and they could fix.

This motivation coach stuff is always interesting and mysterious to me.

This is not a rip, it happens in all sports, a BB team loses 5 in a row then comes back and runs 10 in a row.  Why....same guys.    Positive Mo is a true MVP,  negative Mo, not so much.

Again, this is not a rip, MM is the man.
