The injuries have been an issue for the Niners, but some of the decline is the result of the disaster that was their tradeup to get Trey Lance. They gave up 3 other premium picks to move up 9 spots.

March 26, 2021:

Traded by Dolphins as 2021 1st round pick (3rd overall) to 49ers

for

2021 1st round pick (12th overall subsequently traded, Micah Parsons),

2022 1st round pick (29th overall subsequently traded, Cole Strange),

2022 3rd round pick (102nd overall, Channing Tindall) and

2023 1st round pick (29th overall subsequently traded, Bryan Bresee)

I have a hunch the Niners are going to play very well tonight.

I have another hunch Josh Allen and the bills will turn the ball over a couple times making the game very very close

Got any more hot takes? I wanna get in on this action.

I was just going to post about it. Complete opposite.

You saw the stat...Niners hadn't had 2 losses this bad in a row in 25 years.

The fumble by Juszczyk (??) at the goalline was the killer. Small hands by the QB fumble was the dagger

They are not right.

What was it, 55 games without allowing a 100 yard rusher? Never once an underdog since Purdy became QB.

Their window has passed. This version of the Niners will get reworked.

You don't have to tell me.

I predicted they wouldn't win the division and would miss the playoffs.

So I got that going for me.....which is nice.

Season isn't over yet!

And that all starts with what they want to do at QB.  Betting on who will be under center to open 2025 could be really fun.
