Some really nice hits in this one.
Somewhere Chillijon is muttering, "Vikings Suck, VIKINGS SUCK, VIKINGS SUCK" over and over and over.
he wasn't the only one. besides, it's good for your health.
"I'm going to be blunt and honest with you. I feel like if I didn't play another snap in my life, I got the opportunity to go in the Hall of Fame right now."
Asked Bridgewater if @Vikings are a playoff team. 'You can't predict the future. We have high expectations.' (1/2)

Bridgewater: 'Coach Zimmer talks about bringing the Minnesota @Vikings their first SB. Why can't it be us?' (2/2)

Hmmm...
Hard to take away much from that little pre-season sampling with tons of guys out. Bridgewater looked okay, missed a pass he should have made to Mike Wallace on the run that helped kill a drive though.
From what I have seen of Bridgewater, he's an upgrade over everybody they've had since TOG was playing there in 2010. That said, it isn't hard to be an upgrade over that cesspool of veteran rejects and draft busts they've had playing there since that time.
Certainly last night, he didn't show any signs that he's going to be a great QB, but it was such a short stint that you can't take much from it. He does at least show some instincts for the position that I don't think Ponder really has or ever had.
I believe TB will be good. He played well as a rookie, which is rare. Consider that he had a terrible O-line, crappy RB play and an average group of receivers. I would expect he will be improved this year, will have Peterson as his RB, and likely better blocking.
What makes you think the blocking will be better? Apprently, Kalil still sucks.
I'm not expecting the same Peterson as the one who's played 1 game in the past 18 months or so, and is now over 30. I'm going with 10 or less for games played by AP this season.
But they'll be 10 really mad games.
What makes you think the blocking will be better?
I don't follow the Vikings very closely, so maybe not. Kalil supposedly had a bad shoulder last year, and presumably they tried to address an obvious problem area. Just regression to the mean I guess.
