this will cheer us all up
@salmaiorana: There are four NFL games left and Phil Simms is calling three of them. That’s rather sad

Don't listen
That went well. LOL
Seriously, Nantz says the Steelers say great thing about Coates? Been told by multiple people the Steelers knew he was a bust within weeks.
Obligatory Mike Greenberg Tweet: "Who is this Sammie Coats guy?"
Can Steelers trust a Ben QB sneak?
Is this game the biggest "Who gives a $hit" game of the weekend?
I can't imagine either of these teams beating the Patriots but that's why they play the game.
If Pittsburgh wins, maybe Brown comes back from concussion next week
nice punt...not.
For player safety purposes, Peyton should not be allowed to throw seam routes
Steelers had 133 yards in the 1st quarter, most allowed by the Broncos in a 1st quarter this season.
Osweiler time?
Payton has a pick six in him today. The ball just don't have enough velocity.
THe receivers are dropping some passes, but it's hard to catch wounded ducks that are wobbling in the air.
11 Wins 13 Losses, 38 TDs, 24 Ints.
That's Peyton Manning's playoff record and stats.
If the Broncos lose today, it will be the 10th time he's been one and done in the playoffs. 10 TIMES!!
They should have started Osweiler and used manning in relief, similar to the San Diego game. At this point I think they need to put Osweiler in the game. Manning has nothing.
Is there a word that signifies that someone is really washed up? Not just a little over the hill, but so far gone they aren't even a shadow of what they used to be ?
If not, we should just call it a "Peyton Manning" from now on since everyone will know what it means.
Steelers get their requisite bs call. Ball was overthrown by 15 yards, yet they still called interference.
Michigan Packer:
Jenny McCarthy?
Like I mentioned in the other thread, this game looks like one of the stinkers Pitt wins.

Steelers need to work on the punt return
Can't believe Peyton said he plans to play next year. Dude is beyond done. WAs never fleet of foot but now he looks like a statue. His weak arm is once again on full display.
Whoever wins this will get trounced by the Pats as they'll get another easy path to a SB appearance
Pitt does so much blocking and chipping with TE/RB that even the presence of them throws off the edge rushers. Don’t get quite the same jump
I'd expect all runs here or a Peyton pick
Peyton Manning has only thrown 6 passes this year on X & Goal. He's 4-6 with 3 TDs and 0 INTs pro-football-reference.com/play-index/pla…
Lots of time for Pitt, 4 time outs too
Phil Simms is so bad at this announcing job that it's simply amazing he's reached the position he has.
Bruce Arians would have thrown at least once in that sequence and all the talking heads would have commended him for being aggressive.
Yippy skippy, yet another super bowl with either Brady or a Manning...I can hardly wait
Glad Manning won and hope they can eliminate the Patriots next week. Will be rooting for Carolina as I think Ariens and Palmer don't have the mental toughness to beat Bellichek and Brady, if they should be so lucky to go to the SB.
I hope Manning retires this year. His arm isn't good enough for a full game much less a full season. I'm a big Manning fan, but his degraded physical skills can no longer be compensated with his mind.

I hate listening to Collinsworth a lot more than Simms.
