Tebow still has a long way to go but you can't say he didn't play his arse off today. Probaly shot their wad and will lose next week but they played a really good football game today.
You know, I don't know how this guy is doing it, but is it possible he gets better. He is a really young player.
The opposing QB sucking hard and d-backs letting receivers behind them. That was his best pass all game but it was at at the right time.

All home teams won this weekend. Hopefully that trend continues all the way to Indy, in the NFC at least.
If Tebow ever does learn to throw consistently he'll be very tough to defend.

I lost count how many time Polamalu ran himself out of plays tonight. The Steelers left the deep middle of the field wide open all game long. Tebow made them pay. Great pass in OT!

Personally, I am kinda glad Tebow had his greatest game this week, on national TV and in front of (ahem) God and everyone. There's a lot of haters out there, and a lot of worshippers, and the irrationality on both sides is what is most compelling to me.

So the Pats O coordinator is leaving for Penn ST effective now and McDaniels is taking over?...between the saints love, the giants love and the Tebow/McDaniels stuff there will barely be a mention of the Pack this week.

One of the reasons I was hoping the Falcons would win is so that the NY media wouldn't go on and on about the Giants all week, and the commentating from them that the Packers really aren't that good and that the Giants have a realistic chance to win. 
I'm hoping GB is pushed in a corner this week by the NYG hype. It is somewhat deserved...they are playing their best ball at the right time. I just think Geen Bay needs to flex some championship muscle after all we will hear this week, and show why they deserve another shot at a ring.

Without question, Tebow is not a great passer, but I've seen plenty of bad QBs in the NFL, and he is not one of them. To me bad is a guy like Brian Brohm who has absolutely no athletic ability or any other trick in his bag to threaten an NFL defense.
Tebow does have some tricks. He's tremendously strong and while he isn't fast, he probably has enough athletic ability to make it in the NFL as a fullback or TE if he trained enough. That strength and running threat allows him to extend plays which do let his receivers get wide wide open. Even though he's not a great passer, those guys get so open that even an inaccurate passer like he is can hit them now and then.
I think today he certainly got some breaks in the fact that Pittsburgh had a number of defensive guys get hurt, but he did a fine job. This was one of the best games I've seen Tebow play. Tebow is not a great QB, but I don't think he's as bad as some make him out to be either. He's truly the epitome of a gamer.

Please slice breaks both ways------three, count 'em three obvious un-called facemasks vs. the Steelers and a botched non-fumble call on a Steeler lateral that resulted in a touch-down drive. Oh, and Decker, his best receiver injured early.
