Talk about a soft schedule. They will only play 2 playoff teams all year. They'll continue to beat these ratty teams by a few points (Panthers, Redskins, Raiders, etc) and come playoff time they'll get drilled yet again by the likes of GB, Bears, SF or Giants.

Speaking of the rest of the season, Chicago's schedule suddenly gets more difficult. Next week they host Houston and then travel to SF the following week.

Well damn. If they don't win next week, then maybe the Cowgirls won't have their November surge this year. Not sure if I like seeing them be terrible all season, or disappointed because stuff might finally happen to improve the team.

You underestimate the size of Jerruh's ego. He canned Wade Philips after one bad season (when his entire team quit on him). Now he has to watch as Phillips has turned the Texans' defense into one of the best units in the league, and the Cowboys flounder once again.
