One thing that is very obvious, who grew up where. Anybody that grew up in West Central Wisconsin wants to see the Vajeens suffer. Southeast, Chicago. I enjoy the fact that I can give more credence to the Chicago crowd as a original team and call the Vajeens a expansion team.

The Bears sh!t the bed with regard to Forte's contract extension. Barring in jury, he's either gonna leave via free agency (which is a mistake because they have nobody backing him up) or he's gonna cost them more than he's worth (which is a mistake for obvious reasons).

I think I'd play Ponder against a lesser opponent for his first start. Unless they bring him in after an ineffective McNabb and MMinny defense puts the Vikings in a big hole.
