Tim Boyle in at QB for the Bears because Nathan Peterman sucks.

Peterman may suck (that’s what he said) but he finished with a QB rating of 92.9.  Not good unless you compare it to Boyle’s rating today of 4.7.

Imagine the Watt household when JJ and TJ were 12. The cost of replacing furniture must have been astronomical.

Not to mention the forgotten brother playing FB in a living room hamburger drill.

Boyle has been disappointing in his opportunities.
I never thought he was going to be another ARod, but did think he would be a decent mid-tier player.
He's been anything but.

Could Salah be on the chopping block?   If he is bring him to Green Bay to be DC.

Could be.  BigMike may be approaching hot seat status .  Jerry could be interested in Payton and with jobs open he may think it over.

Now the 49ers are up 25 points on Cardinals in second half. If score holds, #Packers (with a win tonight) would travel to San Francisco next week for wild-card round...with a chance to spoil a playoff run for maybe the best team in the NFC. Sounds familiar.

Well, one and done in that case. They have a terrible time against that team and I can't see them turning it around this season. And they still have to win tonight, just do it.

Who would have guessed an MM led team playing like shit in January.

This is why I want the Seahawks to lose. A Lions team with nothing to play for will be hell bent on ending the Packers playoff chances. They will be running trick plays, going for it on 4th downs and playing nice and loose. See the Rams game also.

Give the Lions a playoff chance and they will tighten up and play more conservatively.

Gotta be ready for the trick plays for sure.  However, If we get on top of them right away, they’ll give up trying to win and n just play for fun.  At least that’s what I hope.  We should win either way though.

Good point.

That said, just go win the fucking game.

I’m sorry, but there’s no way Detroit plays better or harder than if a spot was on the line. Human emotion doesn’t work that way.

Harder and better also means tighter. Trying to do too much, playing with fear etc. Depends on the person and in this case it is directly from observing the meathead leading that team. Watching him going for everything until he finds himself in a close game. Close games make him super conservative.
